Ronald's room

I just moved into my new house of approximately 1,800 square feet at the beginning of November. I designed the house where the roommate will have their own bedroom, bathroom, front porch and front room. I have a dog, 2 cats and a bird. The roommate will have access to the the kitchen and laundry room as well as the yard and the roommate area has its own front door for private access.

I am 63 years old male and presently do local driving in the area. Never married. I have been clean and sober for over 20 years. I am somewhat religious.
