Seeking a roommate (you will have the huge 16 × 16 foot MASTER SUITE that includes a private bathroom with a massive walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, a huge closet with built in storage shelves) in a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in Irmo. Close to Harbison Blvd. for shopping, downtown for work, easy I26 access, etc. Location, location! Community pool and tennis court access. The Master Suite is upstairs (16 steps up the stairs). You will share access to a kitchen, laundry room, living area, and a large dining room downstairs with a 45 year old Mom. I have a preschooler and a teenager. This sounds like a loud and busy house–it isn’t. We are very quiet, low-key, and easy-going. There are 4 bedrooms (plus a frog) so we have ample space. I work at UofSC. There is also a border collie mix dog that never barks. There is a fenced in backyard if you would like to bring your own dog. No cats or other animals please. I have a deck and have added a little screened in porch for those times you just need to sit outside. If you are a smoker, I ask that you only smoke outside. No illicit drug use will be tolerated. Included are free wifi, access to my Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts, vigilant pest control, and much more. The Master Suite is furnished with a king bed (mattress under one year old), comfy oversized reading chair, and a brand new sofa that opens to a double bed to accommodate an overnight guest. The room has a small “office area” with a table and chair. To finish off the space, a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave have been placed in the room for your convenience. There is a washer/dryer off the kitchen on the main floor for your use and a dedicated space in the kitchen has been created for you to place your dishes and food. I do have children and as such please understand that I will require a full background check which I will gladly pay for if that is an issue. There is a Police Officer that is our neighbor as well. It is a drama-free neighborhood. Once we touch base, I will be glad to send pictures of the common areas.

The home is occupied by myself, a quiet teenager, and a preschooler. You can expect that you will be given privacy and treated with respect. The home is large enough that you can enjoy quiet time in your MASSIVE MASTER SUITE and not even hear anyone else in the home. There is a dog but she doesn’t bark and is very docile. This is an ideal situation for a single mom, graduate student, or professional that needs a nice place to call home. I am a single Mom who works at UofSC. Electric, gas, sewer, water, high-speed internet (I have Spectrum and work online–no issues) and use of shared laundry room are all included. Please text for more pictures.
