The common areas include: kitchen, living room, laundry room and bathroom.

I’m an active duty military as well as other roommates. I occupy the Master’s bedroom, but I dont stay in the house that much.

However, I do visit from time to time I prefer a tenant who would treat the house like their own. I prefer prossional, respectful and considerate of other tenant. Must know how to clean after themselves. I really prefer someone who is very anal when it comes to cleanliness. I prefer non-smokers; non-drug users NO PETS ALLOWED.
