About the property: Three bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom house with sun room and sizeable back yard. Located close to Dam Neck Naval Base, NAS Oceana, and the Virginia Beach TCC Campus; close to Rosemont and Lynnhaven 264 interchanges, as well as close to the 64 interchange at Indian River. Smoke free home. You would have access to your own full bath with linen closet. Open to rearranging communal areas as needed, as I’m already in the process of doing so. Communal areas include, dining room, living room, kitchen, and sun room areas.

Renting one or two rooms with exclusive access to full bath and linen closet, and all communal areas: $700.00 /month includes utilities and cox high speed internet and cable. About me: Single 27 year old male professional, will be working early hours (approx. 5am – 4pm) starting in January. Respectful, easy going, laid back. Enjoys gaming (video games, PC gaming, tabletop and tabletop wargaming, board/card games), airsoft (I try to go to Ballahack in Chesapeake as much as I can manage), woodworking and crafting (I also try to spend a lot a time of tinkering/building in the garage). I’m not a great cook, if you are that’s cool but no worries if not, I’m currently trying to learn the art of grilling. I enjoy going to breweries and the craft beer scene, as well as local festivals/activities (at least, pre-covid times).

About you: Easy going, respectful, courteous, relatively clean (cleans up after themselves), maybe some shared hobbies. Steady job and good rental history (There would be an application through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, which is a $50 application fee and you would be added to the lease). Looking to move-in, in January. Mid-late December move in also negotiable.
