Living near Ardenwood means you get easy access to the South Bay trails including Coyote hills, the Refuge Center gaining access to the Dumbarton Pier (well before COVID), but also Quarry Lakes and a couple other trails unique to Union City. Living in this home specifically, also gains you access to a shopping center in walking distance and also a Ranch 99. I personally love the scenery and year long weather of the area because we get lots of humidity so that many fruit trees thrive in this area. I also have a couple fruit trees growing in the backyard as well. There are two areas of the backyard split by the home. You may have the smaller of the backyard area, but it is plenty enough space to tend a garden or do a BBQ. Rent includes your room with high ceilings and renovated lights and sliding mirror closest. The room currently has a wooden bed frame with wooden cabinets underneath it for extra storage. I believe it is a queen size frame but if you did not want it I can get it out as well. You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub shower combo. If you need more storage room I can open up an area in the garage if you let me know ahead of time. Your window in your bedroom has view of parking on the street for your vehicle or you can also park in the back of the house (quite a bit of options in this neighborhood). We can negotiate on internet and utilities.

I am a Physical Therapist that likes to stay in shape. I generally care about what I eat and how meals are prepped. I have a Vietnamese background so I tend to make soups and try my best to keep a clean kitchen at the same time. I also live with my 8 year old Yorkshire terrier, so I especially welcome anyone who is a pet lover.
