I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment and we’re looking for someone to fill the last room available. The room is a bit on the small side but the location is amazing! We’re right off the 2/3 train and a short walk to the 4/5/6 trains. There’s a Whole Foods in the area and a ton of restaurants.

You will officially be signing a lease and have to fill out an application for a small fee. You’ll also have to go through a background check and be willing to submit all necessary paperwork. Management wants first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit to secure the room.

Please be aware we are currently not interested in subletting at the moment. This room is also completely unfurnished.

We also have a sweet friendly cat named Jasmine that loves to play. We’re looking to fill the room as soon as possible so let me know if you’re interested. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!
