About you:

• Professional or student
• Good communication skills and friendly
• No drama, friendly, reliable, and clean female only
• Good recommendation from the job or last rent and proof of income/deposit MAY be required
• First month + deposit required for move-in
• Non-smoker (in the house), non-drug user, no criminal records
• No guests accepted overnight in the house too often or live-in partners
