About the room
Spacious basement room available for rent. Queen size bed w/ new mattress and desk area available for use if requested! All utilities + internet included. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. House is perfectly located near the Edison Train Station. Literally a 3-minute walk. A great quiet area with a beautiful park at the end of the street. Close to Rutgers University and the best parts of Edison. 5 minutes from Festival Plaza that has HMART, Island Spa, Restaurants, and more.

About the roomies
We have one other main roommate who rents the back room of the house. She is in her mid 20’s and a working professional. Friendly, respectful, and super clean. The rest of the current roommates are co-workers that work at a nearby luxury spa and are there only from 10PM-9:30AM to sleep.
