I have a room available ASAP @ “525 Avalon park” in Orlando. It’s $700 a month not including utilities. I’ve already moved out so I’m not trying to have two rents. Moved due to a job opportunity. You will have your own room and bathroom. My friend lives there still with her 3year old daughter. They are very clean and too themselves. She works all the time too , so the place is rather quiet. NO MOVE IN FEE!
