Furnished bedroom for rent in Lorson Ranch, Colorado Springs in El Paso County. This room is furnished with a Queen-sized Tempurpedic bed and a dresser. Please provide your own bedding (does come with a waterproof mattress cover). The bathroom is conveniently right outside the bedroom door and will be shared with one other roommate, but in total there will be two other roommates.

Two story ranch style house, fully furnished. Washer and dryer on main level, will need to work out a laundry schedule with other roommates. Community living room on main level with soundbar and 65 inch TV. Dining room table with 6 chairs in total, backyard with a fire pit.

Front porch with chairs and a table. Parking arrangements are driveway and street and will need to be arranged with roommates. 12 month lease, pets are not allowed but you do need to be ok with cats. We have a water softener, and a reverse osmosis system as well. 10 minutes from Ft Carson and Peterson Air Force Base.

Price includes water, trash, gas, electricity, ADT security, and internet.

You will need to complete a background check and meet the roommates before moving forward to ensure you all get along.

We are a married military couple right now stationed at Ft. Bliss we come home to visit every so often and bring out pets with us when we do.

Right now my dad lives there who works a lot he lives in the basement. My whole life friends have told me how cool and laid back my dad is. He is super easy to chat with and will talk your ear off if you get him started lol.

Then our cousin is renting the room across the way and has a little dog named lady he is only there temporarily you would be sharing a bathroom with him and have access to the entire upstairs. He works over nights and sleeps throughout the day so be respectful of that while he is sleeping. He also enjoys going to the gym and lifting weights.
