However the house is set up for social gatherings, big outdoor deck w/ fire pit and outdoor kitchen, flat screen TV in living room with surround sound, park like front yard fenced in, pool and ping pong table and outdoor TV/projector area Room is Unfurnished and you will share a bath with 1 other male. House is very clean and we ask you keep common areas as such. We both work from home so during the day is usually quiet. House is walking distance to Ollie’s Pub and downtown College Park, 2min to Publix/Walmart, 5min to I4 & 10min to Downtown. Rent is $750.00 and includes all utilities. Hulu Live/Netflix, electric, rent, and water No pets, house includes 2 trained dogs.
