It’s an apartment on the second floor in a quiet community. Really great location close to LA Fitness, Thrifty Shop, Circle K, Publix, Taco Bell, several banks and restaurants, etc. The interior is half carpet and half vinyl wood in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. Apartment has good appliances, including washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove with vent hood. I have a tv and xbox one hooked up in the living room for anyone to use for entertainment. The entire shared living space is furnished including living room, office space, and dining room.

The apartment will run a background check on you and your application will have to be approved before moving in. Application fee is $65. Rent is a fixed price of $830 for your half and includes water, valet trash, internet/cable, and pest control. Renters insurance is required so you will be added to my plan for us to split; your half is $7.50. Electricity varies which we split as well. I will take care of making sure bills get paid as long as you provide your half. We can share and split food costs or keep it seperate, up to you (I’m a great cook and almost always make extra!). Pets are allowed but the apartment requires a $200 deposit per animal (max of 2 unless an exception can be made) with pet rent due each month after ($10/month per pet). I am planning to renew the lease in November for 13 months and you can either stay the full duration or partial duration as long as you can provide 2 months notice for me to find a replacement.

All I ask is no drama, period. I’m very laid back and accepting but continuous drama is where I draw the line. No parties please. Company is fine. I get sick on the dime due to medical conditions so if you are sick, please let me know.

I’m a full-time professional detailer and part-time college student. I’m a busy body but take things easy when I’m home. I like video games, art, all music but country, and watch a lot of youtube/tv shows. I’m big into adventuring to new places and take lots of pictures!
