Looking for an individual (or couple) to take over our lease. This is a two-bedroom, two-bath modern looking apartment. A middle-aged male tenant occupies a bedroom and a bath, so the living area and kitchen are shared. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom. Your roommate is exceptional. He is your dream roommate – very clean, doesn’t leave dishes, quiet and respectful. No deposit is required, but they ask for a one-time $575 lease alteration fee, which you will pay. Your share of the rent is $1,156, which includes an underground garage parking with access to an electric vehicle charger. Utilities will be a 50/50 split between you and your roommate/s. The apartment is clean, with new air filters for the HVAC, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, walk-in closet, a concierge, package management, swimming pool, gym, and a Harris Teeter. There are also many dining options, all walking distance to the apartment. Available December 7th, and the lease is until the end of July 2021.
