A nice fully furnished room in a townhouse, for professional person, not pets, non- smoker, non- partier. We can share the laundry room once a week. $825.00 monthly (WiFi, and utilities included) parking space incluide. Security deposit required. We are about 10 minutes drive to Fort Detrick, 5 minute drive to downtown (Market Street), 10 minutes from State Farm Office, maybe a minute more or less depending on traffic, about 1 mile from all major highways; 70, 270, 15, 340. We are less than a mile from a few grocery stores, restaurants, banks, public transportation. About 1 mile from the many stores, shops, bars, mall. The neighborhood is a very safe and well kept area.
