South Wabash Avenue

Hey! This listing is for a great, big, Victorian apartment in the heart of the south loop (right near Roosevelt station). The common spaces are furnished, the kitchen has cooking essentials, and we even have a nicely sized deck for outdoor activities. Two people are currently living in this 3bed/1bath apartment. Both tenants are Columbia College Chicago students, are eighteen, and are as friendly as can be! The common spaces are always kept clean and guests are welcome. The room for rent is quite small, but can fit a queen-sized bed, a small dresser, and a bedside table. You are welcome to tour the apartment.

Hey! I’m Luke (he/him) and I am a film student studying at CCC. My hobbies include: editing, watching Netflix, walking my dog, making pasta, playing the guitar, and making friends! If you’re a fan of indie music, I think we’ll get along. My other roommate, Serena (they/she), is a Musical Theatre major and is into punk music, astrology, and acting.
