We live less than 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes to anywhere with little traffic on a quiet working herb and vegetable farm of 4 acres in Whites Creek TN. Lot shared with another house with a creek and plenty of outdoor space.

Semi-furnished room/shared bathroom in for a professional person. It’s $600 a month, and includes all utilities (central heat/air conditioning, wood burning stove, water, wi-fi, garbage and electricity) and off-street parking for one car. You also have access to all kitchenware.

The kitchen/living room area is big and open, perfect if you like to cook and chat. You’ll get a dedicated frig and cupboard space in to keep your things.

The bed is full size with more room for limited furniture in bedroom with closet.

Deposit is $350 (refundable 5 days after move-out) unless you want to do a year lease which would be a full month security deposit.

I am a entreprenuer farmer that spends most of my time at work or outdoors in nature. Morning person but respectful of space.

I’m an owner operator of a mushroom and herb farm and work on building an edbile landscape on the property that I share with the front house tenant who is a work from home computer programmer with a family.
