Master bedroom with walk in closet, ceiling fan, sunny windows with view. Private half bath attached to room opens to main bath with shared but private tub/shower. Extra room across from bedroom also available as extra space. If you want extra room, the rent will be to 750.00. Bedroom can be furnished with dresser and twin bed or come unfurnished. There is plenty of storage in walk in closet and bathroom. There is plenty of space available to personalize the room. No cable or satellite in room but you do have unlimited wifi and Netflix. Property is very large yard, very large fenced area for dogs, beautiful grounds with a few farm animals, large screened porch, orchard and vegetable garden. Quiet, respectable neighborhood with older neighbors but the road is busy. Close to 10, 85, 460, 288, 295 and 95.
Animal friendly. Prefer full time employed, a working student, travelling professional, or military age 25-60. This is an owner occupied home. I am the homeowner. I will conduct a thorough prescreening before you see the space. Reference check, employment check, proof of ability to pay and possibly a reference from former landlord if deemed necessary. I require proof of full Covid vaccination and criminal background screening. Renters insurance should be considered for your protection. You must lean toward cleanliness and be somewhat organized and live a peaceful lifestyle. Safe and respectable area.

Quieter lifestyle. No heavy drinkers or drugs. After I get to know you better we can discuss guest policy. Please no cigarettes because I quit. I go to bed by ten up by five during week. The house is well maintained and stays quite clean except for some grass tracked in or pet hair. I am a professional female, age 52 and I have a large older dog, a pup, one cat and outdoor animals. You must treat the animals with kindness and tolerance. If I am away from the home there will be an expectation of letting the dog go out and in to pee. I am totally willing to discuss your pet coming here to live and I would help with your pet when you are away. No aggressive breed dogs or unfixed dogs or cats. There will be a 100.00 nonrefundable pet deposit unless your pet is caged or in an aquarium. I am eco conscious and utility frugal as much as is practical. Full access to well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer with access to fresh fruits, nuts and vegetables from the garden almost year round. I would prefer a long term renter unless you are here for military duty or a work assignment. If you are handy and can help me from time to time, especially by watching animals when I am away I can take some off of the rent.
