3 bedroom 2 bath house, country living but on main roads. Qualified person will get their own shower with tub, 2 bedrooms . 1 bedroom has small walk in closet with hardwood floors, 2nd bedroom is smaller with standard closet and carpet. Share living room and kitchen. Split all utilities. House has 2 decks in the fenced in back yard one with large 12 x 14 gazebo to enjoy great sunsets. Central air and propane heat, plenty of storage and parking, use of washer and dryer. Basement is dry

I am a 49yr old male, with a less than 2 yr old Golden retriever Husky mix spayed female dog, who is very friendly, non destructive, well behaved and almost never barks. She has her own doggy door so no whining to go outside, and also goes to camp couple days a week. I enjoy a clean house but am not neurotic, I am respectful, professional, and in the process of trying to switch careers and if pans out, My dog and I, in the near future, will be gone 3 weeks + out of the month. You will essentially get all the benefits of living alone in a house for 1/2 the cost. During the week I am early to bed earlier to rise, weekends are a toss up. I enjoy hiking, reading, movies, sitting on the decks grilling and chilling with the music on enjoying the sunset. My politics are conservative, but am respectful of everyone’s opinion/ politics if you extend the same courtesy to me.
