Bedroom for rent in the Belknap Lookout neighborhood! Only half a mile from downtown, a few houses down from the Belknap Lookout and across the street from lookout park. Large old house with 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. The room is a little small, around 9×11 feet, but you will have access to the whole house which is quite spacious. We have a very large living room and garage, as well as a porch that views the park across the street. All bills and rent are split evenly. There are no move in costs except your first months rent which is $360.
