About the room
Looking for a roommate to fill a large room in a 2Bed/1Bath spacious apartment 2 blocks from the Barclays Center. Monthly rent will be $1650, utilities included (cable, internet, electric, gas). Washing machine and dryer in the unit. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, desk and ample closet. Basically EVERY subway line is a stones throw away (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/R/Q).
I am a male, military reservist in my early 30’s, finishing up my final year of law school. I enjoy having a drink at home or out, chilling out and watching tv on the couch, but appreciate some quiet time to study.
You should be:
Male or female roommate. Be able to provide employment letter or proof of income Considerate to common spaces (kitchen, bathroom) Not planning on hosting overnight guests every night A chill person that can have a chat or go out for a beer Long term roommate Able to provide security deposit equal to one months rent
