31st Street

We have 2 rooms currently available (pics will be uploaded later). They are being used as storage and need to be tidied up.

Both rooms have mattresses already in them but lack a bed frame. They are not furnished otherwise.

Our master bedroom is available and has a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom itself is very large. Looking for 800$. Other bills included.

Second bedroom is smaller and has a walk-in closet. Looking for 500$. Bills included.

The lease ends at the beginning of June with my boyfriend being the main leaseholder. These rooms are great for temporary stay; he has not decided on renewing the lease.

The rest of our house is (modestly) furnished with a shared common area. It’s definetley very youthful and a bit boho in theme.

We live across the street from a small park.

Hello all!

My name is Emily. I live in a house with my boyfriend and male roommate. We are all between the ages of 21-23. My boyfriend works full time while my other roommate and I are full time college students. We are all pretty quiet and do our own things but enjoy hanging out. Both my boyfriend and our roommate enjoy playing video games and occasionally play basketball on our back patio. I enjoy painting and having my buddies over on the weekends. We are intending to potentially find another college student and are located relatively near Lynn University and about 10-15 minutes from downtown and the beach.

We have two indoor cats and smoke cannabis within our bedrooms. We occasionally have guests over but, with COVID, not very often.

We expect our new roommate to help with basic cleaning around the house (i.e help with garbage, cleaning after yourself). If you have any other pets, just let me know and we can see if our cats would get along. I am also expecting to do background checks.
