Brittany's room

Will load photos soon. Both rooms are serving as storage so I want to clear them out for you guys to see. I have 2 rooms available to pick from. It’s a 3 bedroom home but I’m only looking for one roommate. The larger room($700) can serve as a “studio apartment” style. It has its own entrance and is a converted garage. The bathroom is on the other side of the home but it will be your own bathroom regardless which room you prefer. The other room is smaller($600) but it’s closer to the bathroom. I have a fairly large backyard and a completely furnished home. But if you have your own furniture, you can bring it in. I’m close to 67, DeSoto/Cedar Hill, Oak Cliff, and minutes from Downtown. Internet, water, and electric will need to be negotiated as this will be my first time renting the room. I’ll need to know your a habits before deciding on a fair division of those amenities.

I’m a 37 year old artist and I work from home so I’m here all the time. I have a 13 year old poodle and a 6 month old American Bully. If you have a dog, a puppy meet would be encouraged. I have no children, but I do have lots of plants. I prefer someone who doesn’t work from home but day shift or night shift is ok with me.
