Large apartment with screened deck. Quite neighborhood, right near 95 and Portland without being in the city. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Off street parking, plowing included. The unit has a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom and depending on your needs/finances, can figure out what will work best for both of us. The room can come furnished with a bed and dresser if needed. Plenty of storage space (mud room, basement), there is a living room, kitchen, and separate dining room. I would prefer someone interested in staying long term, but at the very least someone who understands the 30 day notice standards with renting. Call for more details and for photos. Leah and I are in the process of breaking up so I also with 30 days notice could team up and find a place or if you need a roommate perhaps we could find a solution.

Hello my name is Jonathan Cormier and I am a 38 year old graduate of UNE, working as an RSC for a housing agency in Portland Maine. My schedule is first shift Monday - Friday. I used to go to the gym(pre-covid) after work most days. I am usually quiet with very few visitors and leave most weekends to do things with friends and family. I have no pets, do not smoke, and rarely drink. I am however fine with animals and smokers/drinkers. I normally am looking for a house /apt share to help keep living costs down so I can repay my student loans.
