I am a working professional 31 year old male in the biotech field. I’m an athletic, outgoing guy who enjoys hobbies on the weekends. My other roommate is 28 years old and an ex-marine who works and goes to school full time.

I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, sociable, works hard during the week, relaxes on the weekends and shares similar interests. The ideal candidate will have a full-time job.

As noted, the room available is unfurnished. XL garage has room for bikes, surfboards, gear, etc. AND your vehicle.

The community is gated and has a brand new junior olympic swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area and clubhouse. All bills included (WiFi, AC, gas, electricity). Candidates must submit an application. Looking for one year lease with security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Will do month-to-month as well.
