House also has a really nice backyard with two gazebos to sit under and a wood burning fireplace! The room is very large roughly around 20x15 ft, with own private bathroom. The bedroom also has own private entrance if you prefer not to use the main entrance. Kitchen and laundry room is open for you to use. The home is centrally located to everything, 5-10 min drive to the theater, mall, grocery stores, park, gyms and restaurants! Overall great neighborhood and neighbors! Must be ok with dogs.

Tenants must be able to pass a background check, credit check and have a job providing last 3 paystubs.

The current roommates are all working professionals. Roommates an engineer, therapist, and air traffic controller.
