We’re both guys in our mid 30’s, we work full time, and cook for ourselves/ do our own thing at home. my roommate works in sales and enjoys running/healthy eating, I work for the Airlines at PHL airport and enjoys cooking. We share the place with a cat. This street is minutes away from Manayunk, backs up to the Wissahickon park. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Philly, and 10 minutes away from PCOM and P.U./Jefferson. We’re looking for someone who works or goes to school full time and gets along with everyone, but respects others’ privacy. We don’t party here, we just enjoy peace and quiet after work. First month’s rent and one month security deposit (1000 total) to move in. Must show proof of employment/class schedule. Open to 6 month and 12 month commitment.
