This room is private its the maters bedroom located upstairs, it has a balcony where you can go out from your bed and smell fresh air from the sea. You have your own bathroom. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, close to church, groceries walking distance from the beach, you can enjoy a walk going to Belmont shore where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, bars and hang out with good people. Very close to Long Beach State University. Students are welcome.

There’s gay couple lived here for many years with their dog. But they stay downstairs. They are very friendly and very helpful.
