About the room
1 bedroom with en-suite for rent in a shared 3 bedroom house. The bedroom is on the 1st floor only shared with the front door and the garage so you would basically have the whole floor to yourself. Rent includes 1 garage parking spot. Also responsible for 1/3 of utilities (approx $75/month). Access to washer and dryer. No smokers, please.
About the roomies
It is myself and 1 female roommate now. We both work from home currently. Generally quite. Generally clean, not neat freaks though. No one really parties. Neither of us smokes. We both have the occasional guest. I love the outdoors, traveling, and cooking. Easy to get along with.
