LOCATION: The home is located on a quiet street and only 13 minutes from Travis AFB. Beautiful Sunrise Park within walking distance. Close enough to Interstate 80, not close enough to hear traffic.

INCLUDED: Rent includes water, electric, garbage, pest control, Xfinity High Speed Internet, Cable, and Security (to include Ring Doorbell). I will maintain all landscaping. Laundry is on site. Driveway and walkway are lit up at night. New roommate has access to a newly renovated kitchen, living room with multiple TVs, and a shared bathroom.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: I’m a 34yr old Male, Air Force Veteran (Roommate and Landlord), with a small 12yr old Jack Russell terrier and 1 year old Jack Russell Mix. HOUSE RULES: Must be pet-friendly. No additional pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. Roommate must be responsible and willing to pick up after themselves. Bar station, and outdoor shed are off limits but there is some space in garage for your personal storage.
