The rent will include one personal room, bathroom, and parking space. 6 month and 1 year leasing contracts available. First move in date will be early July of 2021.

We also have a full kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave, and highly advanced water purifying systems. Attached to the home is a garage being used as a home gym with treadmill and full body weight rack. Lastly, we have a beautiful little flower garden in the front and sides of the home to add a touch of therapeutic beauty whenever you come home from a long day. Small pets are okay.

Firstly, both of us are fully vaccinated! There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home. My mother and I have our own bedrooms and will share a bathroom. We also have an indoor tuxedo kitty name Luna who casually wanders about the house. Our future tenant(s) will be getting a bedroom, bathroom, and parking space. I am a bruin alumni and a reservist in the U.S. Navy. I am also currently continuing my education as a realtor and am driving for uber on the side. My mother is a supervisor at a Thai restaurant.
