Heart of north park with tons of outdoor space and off street parking which is rare for North Park. We are walking distance to both Adams ave and University so TONS of food and shopping nearby. Right off the 805 so easy access to highway. The room is private unfurnished and shared bath. The entire apartment was remodeled last year so the kitchen, bath and floors are completely new and updated. Off street parking which is also rare in NP. Onsite coin laundry.

I’m in my late 20’s, family therapist working half remote half in person. I am extremely tidy and clean in the shared spaces and hate clutter or messes in the kitchen specifically. In my free time I usually hangout with friends by going on hikes/day trips or to grab dinner and drinks. I’m not into the late night scene and though I stay busy I’m usually in bed by 10 and wake up early for workouts. Due to the nature of my career I am an assertive communicator and don’t fear challenging topics which means if anything comes up I like to directly address it. If you struggle to assert your needs or feel more passive aggressive in your responses to things please dont respond we wont be a good fit. I am friendly and outgoing and am down for an occasional hangout or wine night!
