About the room
Furnished private bedroom in Manayunk.

Utilities (gas, water, electricity) split between roommates yearly average $50 per person in a month. If you want you can pay that as a flat rate and we’ll math it out at the end of the lease.
Lease: either until April, or until December.
About the roomies
We are a graduate student and a sculptor couple working from home/yard, a language student, and a cat. Everybody is quiet and clean. We like to have some drinks together once in a while. Mostly we all keep to ourselves. Carrie, the cat, does not like being petted unless you learn to do it the right way. Once a room vacates I make it available for short-term stays until I can find a new roommate. I disinfect the bathroom and highly touched areas (doorknobs, light switches…) after each guest because of Covid.
