I am the homeowner along with my wife and daughter. We are 32 and our daughter is 9 and very well mannered and respectful (will not be in your face or bug you like most kids). We are pretty reserved so we keep to ourselves and give people their space. We do have 11 month old baby but he will always be in the master bedroom with us so there will be no loud noises to disturb anyone. We are very respectful of other peoples peace and quiet because we love our own peace a quiet. Our master bedroom is downstairs and your room and space would be upstairs.
