There is a room for rent in a two bedroom, one bathroom home. There is a back patio for hanging out and a small balcony out front. In unit W/D, dishwasher and a garage for storage. Street parking is very easy to find and I never had issues. Room will come unfurnished.
It is located in a prime area of Echo Park with Sunset Blvd being your main street.
You are walking distance to Elysian Park, Echo Park Lake and store fronts such as Monty’s Burgers, Sage Cafe, Stories Bookstore, and Lassens Grocery Store and much more!
You will have the room with access to the back patio and will share a bathroom with the other person that lives here.
Dogs are allowed with deposit. No cats.
Rent is 1,225 plus utilities. You will be taking over my lease. This is a great price for the amenities and the location!
You will need to make 3 times the rent and will need to pay first, last and deposit equaling to $3,675 at move in.
