About the apt: Beautiful, Prospect Heights true 2BR located on St. Marks Ave. near the corner with Washington Avenue. Front bedroom for rent. Hardwood floors and tiling in the bathroom. There are big closets and storage in the bedroom and beautiful granite counters, new appliance including a dishwasher in the kitchen. The windows are huge and let in a ton of natural light. It’s also got bike storage in the basement and roof access (great for sunset picnics).
Nearby you’ll find coffee shops, bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment is equidistant from Grand Army Plaza 2/3, 7th Ave B/Q and Clinton/Washington A/C trains.
Rent is $1325 month, utilities are a little more but it’s worth it when you see it!
