Conveniently Located in the East Bay Area: Nearest grocery store 5 min. away, close to downtown, less than 1/2 of a mile from Interstate 580, less than 1/3 of a mile from a bus stop, ~10-minute drive to local community college, ~15-minute drive to Dublin/Pleasanton BART station.

Small Bedroom, With a Shared Bathroom: The bedroom is located on the second story, along with a master bedroom located opposite, & a similar-sized bedroom that shares a wall. The bathroom is located nearby the bedroom for easy access in the morning & middle of the night.

Access to Common Areas: Our townhouse has a porch, kitchen, living room, downstairs bathroom, and an upstairs bathroom, all of which you will have access to. We also have a 2-car garage, however, it is already filled with our cars. You will have access to extra storage in the form of bins in the garage.

Parking Pass Available, Nearby Parking Too: Most of our group parks on a nearby street that’s only a short walk away from the home. However, if you would like to be able to park on the street, we can arrange to have management create a new pass, for a fee. Most of us don’t use one since parking is so close anyway.

Split Utilities & Maintenance: We split all of our bills evenly so that everyone is incentivized to keep the utility charges low. We currently split PG&E, the water bill, trash service, renters insurance, & internet service. However, we are open to splitting other costs as well, such as: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. if everyone would use it.

Modestly Sized Townhouse That’s Always Improving: We are constantly making slight renovations to our home to make it a more comfortable & enjoyable place to be. We are open to changing/fixing things when it’s needed. If you wanted to install a ceiling fan, hang posters, etc. we can make it happen!

Close & Tight Knit Community of Neighbors: I have lived at this property for over 6 years, & have come to know the people in my neighborhood well. We have multiple neighbors we are happy to call good friends of ours, & we all turn to each other for help when a neighbor needs it.

Beautiful Surrounding Area with Gazebo, Fountains, & Park: We are very fortunate to live in a beautiful private neighborhood, which only has one entrance by road. Our community of townhouses have beautiful decorative features, are themed similarly to each other, we also have access to a gazebo, as well as stunning paths to walk on & visit a local park.

Laid-Back, Easy-Going, & Understanding: We are a very flexible & understanding group, & so we are always open to suggestions or adjustments to agreements. We all sit down together to have roommate meetings, & everyone is allowed to vote on issues at those meetings. Most of us work Monday-Friday & live laid back lives during the week, & occasionally socialize on the weekends.

Professionals & Students: We have multiple people who work full time, as well as students who will be splitting the rent. We have a tight-knit group of 20-something friends, but we are all more on the introverted side. We can get loud, & we invite you to join us, but we also have great respect for those of us who need to work & study, so we have scheduled quiet times that we observe.

Music, Gaming, & Movie Lovers: We are all huge fans of music & commonly listen to Soft-Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, & various other genres. We’re always open to listen to a new song. A few of us consider ourselves hardcore gamers, & we enjoy playing split-screen games together on PS4 & are hoping to get the PS5/Nintendo Switch soon as-well. We also really enjoy a good movie, some of our favorites include Inception, Star Wars, anything Marvel, Wolf of Wall Street, Scott Pilgrim, Inglorious Basterds, Baby Driver, etc.

We Take Covid-19 Seriously: As we face the present-day Covid-19 crisis, our group is incredibly aware that our actions have a profound impact, not just on ourselves, but on the people around us, in our home, at work, & in our extended family & community. Therefore, we take Covid-19 precautions very seriously & will ask that you respect certain guidelines as well, for the safety of all the roommates living here. We aren’t crazy about it, we just want to make sure we’re doing our part to help stop the virus.
