5th Street

The apartment is in the Village in Jersey city near Hamilton Park and Newark avenue restaurants and bars. The street is very quiet. This is a good sized bedroom that can fit any size bed with two windows and also a flex room and 1/2 bath is included in the price. Please forgive the photos of the rooms, my current roommate is mid move-out. The flex room can be used as an office to work from home. This room has a window and two large closets. The 1/2 bath is attached to the flex room and can be yours exclusively. My bedroom is on the other side of the flex room. The bedroom for rent has a view of the backyard and trees on the embankment. There is a large private backyard and front yard which you are free to use. The house has a large kitchen and large living room and full bathroom as well on the first floor. The bedrooms, flex room, and 1/2 bath are on the second floor.

I am the only person who lives in the house. I have rented the house and had room mates for 11 years. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday in Jersey City so I would like the house to be quiet by midnight on weeknights. There is no smoking tobacco in the house and no pets allowed per the landlord.
