National Boulevard

The room available is large, completely private and comes unfurnished. Bathroom is shared with just me. Walls are currently a light grey/blue, but can be painted any color.

The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a full kitchen (with dishwasher and granite countertops), great natural light with large windows in the living room, and is located on the 2nd floor. The complex is small (6 units) and all of the neighbors are friendly. The landlord lives onsite and is super helpful if we need anything.

The apartment is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Whole Foods, Ralphs, Chipotle, and Starbucks, less than a mile away from Santa Monica, and extremely convenient to the 10 and 405 freeways and Expo line. There is plenty of street parking available (no permitted areas) and we have a coin-operated washer/dryer in the back of the building.

I am a 33 year old female who works at a music/tech startup (currently from home, but otherwise in the office during the week). At nights and during the weekends I’m either reading, cooking/baking, cleaning, running errands, listening to music, watching Netflix in my room, or visiting close family - I rarely have people over (especially lately), keep it pretty mellow and quiet, and would like to find someone who does the same! I also love to hike and travel when I can.
