You get your own private master bedroom with it’s own closet and bathroom. Washing machine & dryer are directly outside of the bedrooms, so it’s very convenient. The property is very quite and we haven’t had any problems since moving in.

We’re a gay couple looking for a stable and friendly individual to become our roommate. We are very friendly, respectful and welcoming. If you’d like to come home and say hello, we’re okay with that. If you’d like to come home, say nothing and unwind, we’re okay with that too. We just want all roomies to be comfortable and having a welcoming living space with good energy. The monthly utilities are split three ways, which include electricity, internet, water, sewer and trash.
