Unassuming, quiet, courteous guy needs someone to share home in Del Cerro. Large Master Bedroom (appx. 16’x20’) with large en suite full bath with separate tub and walk in shower. Large closet with additional smaller closet. Home has off street parking for at least two additional vehicle, fenced yard, pool and view. Both bed and bath rooms currently have wallpaper but would be open to decor change downstream. Room furnished with vintage Mahogany bedroom set. Home has basic expanded cable and washer /dryer. Pets would be welcome with prior meeting and must be friendly and housebroken or box trained. Home owner would be willing to assist with some pet duties as well. Home is 3 min. drive to SDSU, 2 min to I-8, and on a bus line if needed. Ideally would like to find someone with a sense of “home”, possibly looking for a longer term commitment if things work out well. Must know how to be respectful of others and others property. Must have verifiable proof of employment , income, and references. The rooms may not be a perfect fit for everyone but could be pretty cool for the right person.

The homeowner would be the only other occupant of the home and is looking to get room rented as quickly as possible. The homeowner is open to cigarette smokers as homeowner is a light smoker themselves.
