I’m looking for a third and final roommate for the open bedroom in my new build townhome (3 Bed/2.5 Bath). The room becomes available on 2/1/22. Sorry, no pets or children please! The website below can offer; renderings, floor plan, site plan and features list. My lot is lot 31, Pacific 3R Model.

Westside Walk is a new community (completed mid-’21) in Downtown Costa Mesa, walking distance from Triangle Square (https://www.go2triangle.com/) and biking/short driving distance from Newport Beach waters. Within 5 minutes there are hundreds of restaurant/bars, event centers, piers, things to do and places to see. There is also a community area in Westside Walk with cornhole, ping pong and fire pit.

The room is on the third story, is carpeted, and has mirrored sliding closet doors with extra storage shelfing. The room measures 10x10 and shares a beautiful bathroom with separated vanity from shower/toilet. Or if you prefer, the half bath is just down the stairs.

The $1599 monthly rent includes all utilities; electric, gas, water, trash, and 400 mbps internet through Spectrum. There is also a gym in the garage you’re welcome to use as long as you put everything back. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email, call or text me directly.

A few house rules and things worth mentioning:

• This is not the party house. We don’t mind if you have a couple friends over for movies, get togethers, etc. We just ask for quiet hours after 10p during the week since were up relatively early ~6:30a, for work.

• We’re all adults here, which comes with the expectation of keeping mutual areas (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage, etc.) clean. Don’t wait for someone to pick up after you, take the garbage out when it’s full, put dishes in the dishwasher, you get the idea - pretty basic stuff

• Do your best not to slam doors. We all tend to do it out of habit and often don’t realize we’re doing it. Just one of those funny things.

Lease for 6 or 12 months - NO first or last months rent and NO DEPOSIT! :)

A little about us: I’m a sales professional in my early 30’s, who works remote and has a 5.5 year old American Pit Bull/Lab mix (total baby). I’m very clean, respectful, communicative and easy going. Every other weekend I’m usually at my girlfriend’s in Dana Point 2-3 nights a (Fri-Sun). In the 2nd Bedroom, is Amir. A young professional is his mid-twenties. Very responsible, active, hard-working and friendly. He works in a local office during the week, sometimes from home. We’re happy to get to know you more, when you come see the place!
