I’m looking for a roommate to move into my River North high rise apartment on October 1st. Lease must be signed by as soon as possible. See below for apartment info and a little about myself!

• parking is available in the building garage for $250/month
• amazing location near Hard Rock Cafe/Portillo’s in downtown River North
• super easy access to the El, freeway, Lake Shore Drive and Lake Michigan, shopping, restaurants and bars
• corner unit with west facing windows for gorgeous sunsets!
• split floor plan with your own private bathroom
• the common areas are already furnished as I’ve been living here for the past 2 years
• building has great amenities including: pool, patio, fitness center, party room, awesome door staff, package delivery
• in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave
• great sized bedroom (16’ 3“ x 10’ 6“)
• comfortably fits queen sized bed, long dresser, desk, bookshelf
• no smoking/pets

About me: I’m a 32 year old female looking to find a new roommate as my current roommate will not be resigning our lease. I love this apartment and it’s a great deal for the location! Here’s a few notes about myself:

• special education teacher in Chicago
• love to run, especially on the lake, which is a short distance from the apartment
• always working on some type of creative project
• social drinker mainly on the weekends
