West 127th Street

Hello! I have a room available in a two bedroom apartment in West Harlem. It has a closet, big window and fits a full bed. The bedrooms are also set apart from the living room, which is nice—the apt also sits half a block from the ABCD trains, makes a great commute. The apt in general is pretty spacious. Lots of cute restaurants/ bars constantly popping up in the area. And it’s maybe a 10 min walk to the 1 train and westside highway, great for a run! *Downside..it’s a 5th floor walk up…upside, it’s a great workout and no noise from an upstairs neighbor! A little about me… female in my late 20s, working professional, have a small dog who is mild mannered and people tend to fall in love with her. I work from home sometimes and others I am on location or traveling but my hours still stay pretty consistent with normal day job. I am clean but not ocd and stay active and pretty social (like most new yorkers) but I don’t really bring it home unless it’s a chill wine night! I’m pescatarian blabla i know I don’t care if you eat meat/cook but if you are frying bacon every morning prbly not the place for you. You: Good vibes! preferably female or gay male, working professional or just working full-time in general, easy going, believes in a clean shared space, loves dogs, non-smoking!, unless it’s the occasional 420.

Perks: There’s roof access. I have a reverse osmosis drinking water system. No cable but I have a large tv in the living room with apple tv (netlfix, hulu).

Bills not included: wifi, coned, a monthly maid who deep cleans (she’s only $45 ea). In total bills can come to about $145 and less when we’re not using AC.
