About the room
It’s a Large room that can fit a Full or Queen sized bed well, and has nooks around the fireplace that can easily fit your dressers or shelves. There’s working outlets on both sides of the room. The room boasts two windows that lets in light from sunrise to sunset (southern facing). Both windows have an interior AND exterior sill, for all you plant lovers, its a great set up (I myself have around 30 plants growing well in this sunlit room). Wood floors (sealed), door opens to the living room. Ceiling is at least 9 ft high. Apartment is a one floor walk up.
Heat and Water is included in rent.
Apartment is a block away from the F/G train.

About the roomies
We try to keep the apartment clean and organized as much as possible. We’re fairly quiet for the most part, but are super sociable when the occasion arises. Currently have one girl, one guy and now looking for a third person.
