Hi I’ll be renting out a spacious room with closet in the room as well in a 2 br apartment I’m on the second floor rent is 825 per month all utilities are included shared bathroom as well feel free to reach me to view the room before renting out thank you!

I am very outgoing and friendly it will be only me and the individual that will eventually rent out the other room I’m mostly work and home don’t bother at all I’m very clean and like to keep things clean!
