Eddy Street

I have lived in this apartment for a year. My only roommate is moving out at the end of the month, so I need to find someone to fill his room. The apartment is clean and has a spacious (furnished) living area. There are two bedrooms about equal in size and two bathrooms (separate toilets and showers, but shared vanity with two sinks). It is centrally-located location, being only a few blocks north of Hayes Valley and a few blocks south of Japan town. Yet, there is plenty of street parking in the area and not much foot traffic - kind of best of both worlds. There is one parking spot in the garage which I currently use, but would be open to adjusting the share of rent to share it say 50% of the time.

As far as house rules, there really are none other than to be relatively clean. I am a pretty easy going guy and like to think I get along with most everybody.

The lease is transitioning to month-to-month after the initial one-year period is up at the end of this month. That said, my intent is to find a roommate who will stay for at least a full year.
