Finance and work check references, please. The contract needs to be 6 months minimum! No stipulations! Thank you. It is a new home and I am a very clean OCD kind of person. No eating in the rooms, no smoking, and leaving the trash near the door, clean bathroom, sanitize your area. I will not be a babysitter for any tenant!
