Description: The apt is in a 2 story building and is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The apt is Massive with 2 bedroom living room, office, kitchen and bath on 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. There is sun porch on 1st floor. The back yard has fire bit and is fenced in. There are shared washer and dryer in the basement set up which can be used for free.

Location: The apt is located at the entrance of Veterans Memorial Bridge. The location makes it ideal to get around really fast with 295 entrance right next door. The 5 min drive the Maine Mall and Downtown Portland.

Requirements: First month and last month and security deposit (based on credit) Back round and credit check. No Pets 12 month lease Minimum No application fees for rental Drug and Alcohol free building, no parties.

Rental requirement: 1.Background and credit check fee paid directly to credit bureau, Proof of income, professional references. 2. First month rent , Last month rent and Deposit based on credit. 3. Paid rent receipts for the last 3 months or co-signer 4. 12 Months lease minimum 5. 2x income of rental or co-signer 7. NO pets

Process to Rent:

1. Apply for the unit by requesting free rental app by providing your email
2. Email the rental app with all the requested docs
3. Schedule showing of the unit
4. Complete credit and back round
5. Pay deposit, sign lease
6. Move in on agreed date
