Large bedroom ($1000/month) and small bedroom ($700/month) for rent with shared bathroom. Washer and dryer available as well as access to common living spaces (kitchen/living room). Large room will be unfurnished and cleaned before arrival. Roommate is willing to leave furniture in small room if wanted, of course room will be cleaned as well.Street parking is available, very accessible to both Cal Poly and Mt Sac, 30 minutes from DTLA. I do have a small dog so be conscious if you have allergies. THIS IS A SHORT TERM 6 MONTH LEASE. I will be relocating at the end of June.
