This is a private unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom. All utilities and gig internet/wifi are included. No maintenance/lawn work required. Located directly on the Round Rock running trail system, connecting to numerous parks and a brand-new recreation center.

I own the home and will be occupying the second bedroom. The house is located within 1 mile of I-35 and toll 45, and 3 miles to Mopac/Loop 1 and within a 20 minute drive to downtown Austin.

I am a light-hearted and relaxed young professional working in Austin. I enjoy traveling, fitness, cooking, and live a healthy/active lifestyle. I’m seeking a roommate with similar interests/vibe to share my place.
